Reliable Screening Solution for Coarse Solids
Basket Screens are used at the inlets of wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations to retain large solids that could cause clogging of the system or damage to pumps.
Installed at the inlet channel, the Basket Screen is lifted by its associated hoist to allow the collected screenings to be discharged into a container. Depending on the size of the Basket Screen, either a manual jib crane or a monorail hoist can be provided.
The screen can be manufactured with the required screen spacing to suit the characteristics of the wastewater. The entire unit is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
