Compact Preliminary Treatment Units are the ideal solution for facilities where the construction of concrete structures is difficult or impractical.

The unit integrates a fine screen, followed by a grit and grease removal system. Particles larger than 6 mm are retained by the fine screen. The collected screenings are compacted and washed in the screen screw to reduce their organic content before being discharged from the system. Grit settled at the bottom of the grit chamber is removed by means of horizontal and inclined screw conveyors. Continuous aeration of the grit chamber allows grease to accumulate on the surface, where it is skimmed into a collection chamber and discharged by a pump. The entire system is designed for continuous operation.

The Compact Preliminary Treatment Unit is supplied as a complete package, including process equipment, a PLC-based control panel and automation system, an aeration unit, and a grease discharge pump. The tank and all structural steel components are manufactured from stainless steel, while the diffuser piping is made of PVC.
