Drum Sieves are designed for the efficient removal of fine solids from wastewater.

The Drum Sieve operates on an external-fed principle, retaining solids on the outer surface of the rotating screen while allowing the screened wastewater to pass through. The drum, constructed from specially designed wedge wire screen panels, efficiently captures suspended solids, reducing the pollutant load on the wastewater and contributing to the reliable operation of the treatment plant.

The system consists of a gear motor drive unit, a rotating drum, a scraper blade, and a backwash system. Its compact design allows it to be manufactured in a wide range of capacities to meet project requirements. All components are manufactured from stainless steel to ensure excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.

When solids accumulate on the screen surface, the integrated backwash nozzles are activated to clean the screen.
